9. DELIVERY


The delivery costs in Metropolitan France are indicated on the site. The preparation time is not included in the delivery time.

If a delay in preparation is observed (except in exceptional cases), Le Beau Tom & Co undertakes to notify the customer as soon as possible and to reimburse his order if no agreement is reached between the two parties.


The products are shipped with the invoice, to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes.


The geographical area of ​​delivery corresponds to the geographical area of ​​coverage of the offer. Delivery is deemed to have been made upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

10. DELIVERY PROBLEMS

Error in the preparation of the order or non-compliant product

The customer will have to formulate in detail any complaint of error of delivery and/or non-conformity of the products in kind or in quality compared to the information appearing on the order form, with Le Beau Tom & Co on the same day of the delivery or at the latest on the first working day following delivery.

Any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned within 14 working days of receipt of the return agreement from Le Beau Tom & Co and with the order reference. 11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL


All products sold on the website www.lebeautom.com benefit from the “satisfied or refunded” clause for 14 working days from the date of delivery in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, article L 121-20.

This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of return costs which remain the responsibility of the customer. The product must not have been used, nor have suffered any damage, however minimal they may be, and be in a state of perfect cleanliness. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the customer without the possibility of exchange or refund. Products returned damaged, soiled, incomplete or with traces of use will not be refunded.


Failure to respect the deadline and the procedure presented above, no complaint can be accepted.


Within a maximum period of 7 days from receipt of the returned product, the customer will be reimbursed for the amount of the returned item, with the exception of shipping costs, to the credit card or Paypal account that made the transaction, or will benefit from a credit of the same sum, to be used on the site.

Exchange at the customer's expense:

In the case of an exchange resulting from an error on the part of the customer (size, model, etc.), the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (returning the product to Le Beau Tom & Co). Exchanges are made within the limits of the quantities available in stock, and on the basis of the original sale price of the item (sale prices or special offers are not taken into account).
